Couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish! I contacted Castle Coachworks following an accident. They were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process, gave me lots of information but didn’t overload me. They kept in contact, and I was able to pass their details to the third party who was paying for the repairs meaning I didn’t need to get involved. I had a courtesy car, which was great, and the service during the fix itself was exceptional. I would use again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone.

The repair itself is perfect. I am a bit of a perfectionist/try to look after my car, and can not fault the workmanship. It literally has come back looking like a brand new car. Wouldn’t go to any other garage after seeing the quality of Castle Coachworks work and service. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great repair quality and service.

Amazing. Highly recommend Castle Coachworks. My vehicle went in badly damaged after someone reversed into it while it was parked. The service from start to finish was fantastic, with communication and updates throughout, Holly’s professionalism was impressive. Ellis’ also. They really did go that extra mile to help. I also interacted with other members of staff but can not remember all their names, but they are all truly a credit to the company.
