“The car was delivered to my door by a very courteous gentleman who went through all the visual checks of both the courtesy car and my own and completed the necessary paperwork which I, in turn, signed.
When the work on my car was completed, my car was delivered back to me and the same, very courteous gentleman again completed the necessary checks and completed the paperwork which I signed and he drove the courtesy car away. I was very pleased with both the car and the attitude of the member of staff who delivered the courtesy car to me. In my estimation, they could not have done more to help me. I am disabled and they provided an automatic car for me to drive. The work was carried out in the time promised and was carried out in a very proficient and skilful manner.
